退款政策

We don’t give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Our jewellery comes with a 12-month guarantee and warranty for the quality of its manufacture. In addition, the jewellery comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement for a major failure.

If the problem is not major, we will choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired or replaced in a reasonable time you can choose a replacement. This does not cover damage caused by the client. You are entitled to an exchange where goods are wrongly described or different from a sample shown to you. Where applicable, we will meet our obligation to provide a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
